We like the location. We liked that there was breakfast included and the bed was very, very comfortable. The terrace was nice and had enough space to dry out your clothes. The whole room was nice and dark, which we enjoyed. They cleaned our room 2 times, which was nice, and gave us coffee pods for free.
Could be better: We stayed there for 6 nights and days and for 4 of them there was no hot water. The first time they fixed it after we told them, but the second time it happened they didn't. The fridge didn't really worked as you would hope it would. The breakfast was nice, but it was the same every day and if you didn't get there first some of the stuff were missing.

Loved it! The facilities were 10/10. The only small suggestion would be to add a few more plants and some small lights to the balcony area to make it feel even cozier. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommended!

The location was excellent and we were able to have an excellent breakfast early on Saturday as we had a tour booked. The bed was really comfy and the room large. There was a heated towel rail which was lovely.
Could be better: You had to download an app to access the codes to access your room.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was remarkably easy and swift.
Could be better: The primary issue was a discrepancy between the booking information and the available room type. The online publication listed both double and twin beds as options, but after confirming the reservation, I was informed that only double beds were available. However, I must acknowledge that the staff handled this well by quickly providing a comfortable supplementary bed to accommodate our needs.

Location was great. We enjoyed the included breakfast and the staff were really friendly.
Could be better: We had a little difficulty checking in with identifying location from the street. Luckily we were provided with support via phone from staff until we made it!
