Was close to bari centrale, they clean the room and refill with water and coffee every day. Was a modern room
Could be better: What I didn’t like was bed. (To soft for me, I didn’t like it, but if you like a soft mattress is perfect)

The place was very clean, comfortable, and safe. We had a great stay. We could also put our baggages to a safe place in a central location before check-in and after check-out which is SO important.

Everything was perfect! The hosts were very helpful and kindly let us leave our bags at the office since we arrived earlier than planned check-in. The property is well located, and all the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had a very smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Location is excelent. So nice after a tour just walk back and have a shower and chage :-). The place is really funcional, AC works well, towels are clean, bed is compfy. No view but the oposite side has a grocery and a small caffeshop. No free parking near by.
Could be better: The app is completely pointless. (you get the code of room, what u use once) They send you the room code but not the codes for the main entrance or the upstairs door. The number is unreachable; when you press “5” for English, the line just disconnects. Luckily, other guests let me in and told me where to look. After that, you can use the…

Could be better: The app is completely pointless. (you get the code of room, what u use once) They send you the room code but not the codes for the main entrance or the upstairs door. The number is unreachable; when you press “5” for English, the line just disconnects. Luckily, other guests let me in and told me where to look. After that, you can use the key to get around—it’s waiting for you inside your room. It’s like an escape room. They could definitely do this better... Try WhatsApp instead—you’ll get a reply sooner or later.

Good location. There were a few shops nearby. An okay hotel for a night or two.
Could be better: The freezer in the fridge is not particularly good; one of the ice creams we had melted. It would be great if a few essentials such as utensils, a wardrobe, a kettle, and a second chair with a table were added. It was quite hard to find, and the check-in was quite complicated. Clogged hair in the shower caused it to overflow. The were too little plug-ins. We needed to go under a desk and unplug the fridge to plug in the coffee machine.

Location was good - 7 minutes form Bari Centrale train station, 10-12 minutes to Bari Oldtown, 4-5 minutes to main street. Rooms are being cleaned everyday (but there's a BUT in other section). Good and comfy for a stay if you are not looking for a place to spend a lot of time in.
Could be better: Easier check in - as I have read comments, also faced issues with check in through their app (as so other people we have met at the door). Even though rooms are being cleaned everyday, somehow when you come back floor is still dirty and you have dust, etc sticking to your feet. And the most irritating thing - one evening we came back and found out room with doors wide open after cleaning - we are just happy that our belongings, like computers and other were still there.

Could be better: There is no reception, everything is online. If you don't have Internet connection, you have to stay outside. The entrance is complicated. If something happens to you, you can only call a number, there is no one there to help or explain.

We like the room and location. The room was clean and big and also the bathroom was big and clean. Location was almost in the center, walk about few minutes. And also around is a lot of parking garages which is good if you are traveling by car.
Could be better: We didn't like opening procedure / you need to use an app and open and close the whole building and room with an app. We have some problems but the the lady via whats app help us. I was some more instructions in english how to understand and use the app and properly open the doors.

When we first arrived outside the Apt, we were a little disappointed......Then when we entered the Private bedroom suite we were amazed how lovely it was. Very modern and stylish. Everything we needed and a lovely cleaner who looked after us. Xxxx
