The location is very good, close to Bari Centrale and to the city center. There are restaurants and caffes around with very good food and prices. I chose the room with the external private bathroom and that has been a good experience. The bathroom had a key, so you can lock it. I have never met with my neighbours. The room and the bathroom are very big, actually unexpected for an old Italian building. Very clean, furniture in good condition. The owner came each morning with the cleaning ladies, so he checks everything when they are done. Massimiliano was very nice and helpful, he gave all the indications and checked if everything was alright. The room also has a very spacious balcony where I could enjoy my coffee. They also have a drinks corner in the main lobby, with a coffee machine, coffee, tea, sugar. I totally recommend this place!
Could be better: The main street is a bit loud sometimes and for people that are a bit more sensitive might be disturbing. However, the windows and the balcony door are closing very well and they are soundproof, so during the night I haven't heard much.

a well- located apartment in the centre, a 12 minute wall to the station ( Bari Centrale) and a 15 minute walk to the city centre ( Bari Vecchia) . A nicely furnished room , quite spacious and very comfortable. A very nice stay.
Could be better: Everything was fine.

9.09.0 out of 10 Nice place if you don't mind investing some time in registration and access instructions.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
Could be better: Although all went well, I would have preferred to spend less time registering and accessing the room.

The property is in a perfect location equidistant from both the central station and the old town. The room is very spacious and clean, and the hosts are super helpful!

10.010.0 out of 10 Exceptional
My favorite thing was the fact that it is nearby the centre of the city, a maximum of 10 minutes to walk
Could be better: The maid did not speak English, and I could barely understand what she was trying to say, but somehow she managed to tell me to take the keys with me in case I could not enter the building online.
