The location is very close to the train station 10-12 minutes walk and across the road there is a penny store and other shops. The bathroom is very elegant everything new, a little cramped but that's how it is when you don't have space. The kitchenette is on the balcony a little improvised but for breakfast you do the job.
Could be better: There are many personal items in the living room closets that should be removed so that guests can put their things in case they sleep there too.

However, I was trying to check in slightly early and I had only booked the room the day before. So I suspect that these problems would not happen to people who book further in advance. The location is across the train tracks from most of the historical sites in Bari, although the walk is not that far.

Could be better: There is noise coming from the above apartment, people walking through the corridors, and even cars on the street. It would be great if the bedroom window were soundproofed.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to cook your own meals. The rooms are very spacious, with air conditioning and TVs in each. Although not personal, communication with the host was very cordial and helpful, responding to any questions almost immediately.
Could be better: I didn't notice any negatives – perhaps the only thing was that it rained on the second day :))))

It was alright for me since the weather was fine. Otherwise, this is not favourable on bad weather days. And bringing food and drinks from the kitchen to the dining table certainly was not convenient. There were plenty of sheets and towels for change. But they were kept in all the cupboards and drawers so there was no space at all to put or hang my clothes. It is over 1 km to Bari Centrale and the main bus station. Even further away from central Bari which is on the other side of the station. There is a supermarket just downstairs which was good.

It flooded when I showered since water couldn’t flow, so I had to clean that too. The bed was not comfortable. A heads up for anyone with allergies needing to use the sofa bed in the living room. Plenty of dust underneath it. Also, it was quite noisy in the bedroom with people talking and slamming doors just outside.

Could be better: First of all I booked two bedroom apartment as it was written in the description. Unfortunately it is one bedroom apartment with one bedroom and the second bed is in the living room. In the living room there is a sofa as per description but it was absolutely not comfortable - from one side the mattress is flattened and slightly tilted to one side,the metal frame protruded when sitting,it was very uncomfortable to sit on it. The second the mattress is very dusty and it is obvious it was not cleaned for a long time. Through the living room you pass to go to the bathroom, to the terrace and to the kitchen box which is also on the balcony. There is no door ( it is open space from the corridor) for the living room and you have no your privacy when you go to bed. The bedroom has no window and actually if you want to have fresh air you have to leave the door open and also to open the balcony door which is in the living room. This apartment is good for a family with children or for a couple but not for individuals who are travelling together,they are not a couple and need their privacy. At the very beginning when I made the reservation I asked the two bedrooms to be available ( as I thought there are two bedrooms) . When arrived only one bed was ready for sleeping,the sofa in the living room was not prepared for the second person and I had to put the sheets on it. It is good for one or two nights but for one week the beds are not comfortable to sleep Bathroom is good as per description
