Could be better: Where to start… The floor was so dirty that you could feel the dirt sticking to your feet. There were unwashed dishes in the washing machine, which of course does not work properly (parts missing). The TV does not work. The hair dryer almost caught fire - of course does not work. Dirty staff left in the closets. The fridge was filthy. The showerhead stuck to the hose with some kind of duct tape with water splashing all around. We were 4 persons and the beds had only 2 bedsheets to cover yourself. The whole communication is done with a chatbot, so in general no help and support at all. When we ask for 2 additional bedsheets, because we are 4 persons, the chatbot replied that we should go and buy them from the nearest store. The table top is falling…. You need to be careful not to put your hands on the table because everything will just fall on the floor. In general what you see in the photos is not what you get. Reading the lowest ratings for this apartment, now I understand that even the property replies that the cleaning is their highest priority, is not true. The only good thing is the location. Not a good value for money.

Could be better: Not suitable for families, not as described, and one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve had. We booked this apartment for 3 nights for over €500 because we specifically needed TWO proper bedrooms for a family trip with an 8-month-old baby, my husband, and my mother-in-law. What we got was completely different from the listing. One “bedroom” was basically part of the living room with no real door or privacy. The other had no natural light at all and felt like a basement/storage room. There were no proper windows in the sleeping areas or even in the living room, and the apartment was extremely dark even at 1 PM with all lights on. The apartment was also very dirty: - the floor was so dirty our socks became black after walking inside; - the fridge was filthy; - there were stains on the walls that looked like blood stains; - dust and dirt everywhere. This is absolutely unacceptable when travelling with a baby who needs to crawl on the floor. The access system was a nightmare. There was no physical key — we had to rely on a website/link to open the building entrance, which often did not work properly. We even had to use our own mobile internet outside the building just to get inside because nobody warned us in advance. The apartment door required entering a 10-digit code, but even when the lock turned green, the door often would not open. At one point we were stuck outside in the rain for around 20 minutes with our baby because the system failed. There was also a terrible plumbing noise every time the toilet was flushed, and overall the apartment felt poorly maintained and neglected. We ended up leaving early and paying for another accommodation ourselves. This apartment should not be advertised as a comfortable family apartment with two bedrooms. Very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the price.

Could be better: The apartment was unfortunately disappointing in several aspects. The cleaning equipment and kitchen utensils were very limited, and the property was not clean upon arrival. On the second day, we had to do a full cleaning ourselves because we are more demanding than the standard of the apartment, and we even had to buy our own cleaning supplies. The air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the property properly – in the rooms further away, the temperature stayed around 27–28°C. In addition, the doors could not be closed properly and had to be kept open with supports. The pictures on Booking were most likely taken right after the renovation, but the current state of the apartment does not reflect those images. Overall, it was a disappointment and did not meet our expectations.
