This is the first time in my life that I have ever written a review for an apartment, but after this stay I genuinely feel that I have to. I have stayed in many different places over the years, but this apartment definitely stands out from all the others. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed. The apartment is beautifully and stylishly designed, has so much character, and every detail has clearly been carefully thought through. Most importantly, it has absolutely everything you could possibly need: a coffee machine, coffee, sugar, hairdryers, an iron, a washing machine, laundry and cleaning products, and even a beach umbrella. We felt as if we had moved into our own home. Even though we spent most of our days out exploring, we genuinely looked forward to coming back in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a huge advantage for six people. Everyone had their own space and no one felt in each other’s way. A huge thank you also goes to the owners and the team. This is the first time I have experienced such a high level of communication and care. Even though we arrived late at night, they immediately checked whether we had managed to check in without any problems, and throughout our stay they regularly asked whether everything was okay and whether we needed anything. We also received restaurant recommendations, important information about the area and tips on what was worth seeing. The location is excellent, around a 10 minute walk from the old town and just 3 minutes from the promenade. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The price is another huge plus. Considering the standard, facilities, location, service and the fact that we stayed during peak season, the value for money is truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. If we ever come back to Bari, we will definitely stay here again. ❤️
