Very good communication with Federico and Giusi. When we accidentally turned off the hot water, Giusi quickly resolved the issue and explained how to turn it back on. The apartment was comfortable, with good-quality pots and a well-equipped kitchenette; preparing breakfast there was very pleasant. There was also a good hairdryer. Excellent location — close to the promenade, close to the old town, and only 8 minutes from Bari Centrale, which is fantastic if you want to do a lot of sightseeing. Everything was clean. The bed was large and comfortable. My sister and I slept there together and we both had plenty of space. The window has a mosquito net, which was very useful. There is a grocery store directly across from the building, which is very convenient, and a larger Dok supermarket nearby as well.
Could be better: It is quite noisy from the street, but that’s not a major downside — we know that this is simply part of life in Italian cities. Earplugs solved the issue for the lighter sleeper, while the other person didn’t need them at all. The wardrobe is spacious, but a few additional hangers would be useful, as with two women staying for a week, we couldn’t hang up all of our dresses and blouses :)

Clean appartment. Location is very good. We loved our stay here. Giusi helped even with public transportation tips.
Could be better: We loved our stay here. If I have to say something here then I would mention that it was a little bit noisy during the nights (which comes together with the good location I guess) and the water pressure was a little bit low in the bathroom.

Breakfast? -we didn't know? The room was centrally located. The host, Francesco, was very helpful and explained how everything worked including the doors, AC , keys. He even gave us good suggestions for restaurants. We loved sitting out on the balcony.
Could be better: Getting our bags up the two flights of stairs was difficult.

Wonderful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect — just a 10-minute walk from the train station and the Old Town, with plenty of shops and cafés nearby. I’d especially like to highlight the host. When I booked, there were no reviews yet, so at first it felt like a bit of a risk. But from the moment I made the reservation and the host reached out, I knew everything would be great. He checked in to make sure everything would be convenient for me and was always available whenever I had a question.

Разположението на апартамента е много добро. На 10 минути от ЖП гарата и стария град. Домакинът Франческо беше изключително любезен. Има всичко необходимо като, уреди за готвене, пране, гладене, също има сешоар и хавлии.
Could be better: Най- неприятната част беше шума през нощта, почти не сме спали, заради лошата дограма на вратата на терасата. Чувахме хората от съседното заведение, хвърлянето на боклука, зареждането на магазините, минаването на колите. Наистина изключително шумно. Ако беше по изолирана дограмата, всичко щеше да е страхотно.

Локація супер, між центром і пляжем. В апартаментах чисто і зручно. Навпроти супермаркет. Є пральна машина, фен, кондиціонер працює. Милий балкончик. Господар на зв’язку, допомагає якщо шось потрібно.

El espacio es muy correcto. Amplio y bien equipado. Encontramos el piso muy limpio y con el detalle de una botella de agua en la nevera. El propietario, muy amable, siempre estuvo en contacto con nosotros tanto en la llegada como en el check-out. Buena ubicación, cerca de la estación (12 minutos), de las calles comerciales como Via Cavour y el paseo marítimo.
Could be better: El ruido que genera por la mañana el vaciado de los contenedores de basura y plástico delante mismo del piso, así como los camiones de repuesto del supermercado. Es ideal si te quieres despertar pronto para hacer excursiones, no hace falta despertador. A partir de les 5 de la mañana imposible dormir!!!!!
