The appartment is very spacious, clean and has a nice circulation of air.
Could be better: The staff is not very responsive.

Location
Could be better: Facilities cleanliness were lacking. Shower wasn’t clean in one of the apartments and the it wouldn’t drain. Only one glass. Drawers ( bathroom and kitchen) weren’t clean.

10.010.0 out of 10 Great location. Great value
Location and ease of access to the room. I guess reach out to the customer first not make us go through the process of reaching out via what’s app when we are waiting at the property.
Could be better: Maybe cleaner dishes.

Clear, comfortable, near the centre, value for money.

5.05.0 out of 10 It served the purpose and we were happy we tried it but will likely chose other option next time
The apartment is in a very good location if one wants to experience close to genuine local life but in a city center close to all amenities.
Could be better: The apartment was reasonable clean but did not give the impression of being well taken care of. The bed had only two quite lumpy pillows that saw better days. The kitchen had a few pans and plates but only 1 spoon and no knife, no fork, no kitchen cloth. I would also appreciate slightly better communication from the owners.

5.05.0 out of 10 spacious apartment with minor inconveniences
spacious apartment, good location
Could be better: the host was only responding to whatsup calls, the bathroom sink was clogged, the cups were greasy.

4.04.0 out of 10 Not sure if I can recommend this place
Pretty good location
Could be better: Communication with host. Said different things on the phone, said that gonna meet us next to the building but once we arrived, was asking on the phone my name each time I called. Never showed up himself. At the end key was in the box, what he didn't said first on the phone. Sofa in living room seemed super dirty, didn't wanted to sit down. Had a feeling that he doesn't care at all about his rental apartment.

5.05.0 out of 10 Passable
Very spacious, two big balconies, a lot of mirrors , good neighborhood.
Could be better: THERE WAS NO ELECTRICITY for more than 12h… the host kept telling us …we will fix it in 30 min… in 1h….. so i will keep it short …no need for words! Communication was terrible! Didn’t supply with towels or a sponge and dishwasher to wash the dishes… would not recommend.
