The apartment was modern, cozy, spacious, and very clean. I especially appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, which made my stay much more comfortable. The apartment was modern, cozy, spacious, and very clean. I especially appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, which made my stay much more comfortable. There are plenty of grocery stores within walking distance, making it very convenient for everyday shopping. The bus stops are located right next to the apartment, so getting to the city center and the beach was quick and easy. What impressed me the most was the host — extremely polite, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed.

Everything you need in a nice furnished and new apartment. Position is great, grocery stores and restaurants very nearby and the bus stop is literally outside the door. The host was very welcoming and friendly. Really recommended 👌

Qualità prezzo buona nel panorama di prezzi di Bari. Appartamentino dotato di tutto, climatizzato, piano terra in un piccolo cortile interno con tavolini e lavatrice (non ho chiesto ma credo potesse essere utilizzata). Bar, forno, supermercato letteralmente fuori casa. Buona pulizia e ottima la corrispondenza con il proprietario, gentilissimo. Comodo il self check-in.

Месторасположение апартаментов очень хорошее- район спокойный, в пешей доступности магазины, удобное транспортное сообщение. В каждой комнате был установлен кондиционер, что было огромным плюсом в жару. Рядом находится самая вкусная в Бари пастичерия!! Хозяин Донателло очень приятный и общительный молодой человек. В разгар сезона это жилье самое адекватное по цене. Донателло отдельно от нас оценка 10 :)
Could be better: Описание апартаментов немного вводит в заблуждение. Заявленные терраса и сад это внутренний колодец жилого дома. Единственное окно выходит в колодец, нет естественного освещения.

Good communication with the owner. [whatsapp] reasonably clean and equipped room (fridge, stovetop, few pots). Clean towels were provided; you just need to bring your own body wash The room featured one single bed and one double bed, a TV, and air conditioning. The Wi-Fi worked well. Good for a short stay.
Could be better: No access to sunlight in the room, if that bothers you. About a 20-minute walk to the center. There’s a bus nearby if you don’t want to walk. :) High moisture on the walls!
