Comunication with Anthony was very easy, he replied to our questions immediately. Room was clean and big enough for short stay. Parking was off site but very close. valet parking was a bonus.
Could be better: Terrace was a little disappointment. It is specious but needed some cozy touch, like some greenery and charm. It is on a high floor and the fence didn't give you the sense of security ,so we kept away.

The apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Smart TV was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The electric roller shutter was perfect for cutting off all the light and noise from the street. On top of that, communication with Alessandro was excellent - he was very welcoming and easy to reach via WhatsApp
Could be better: There was a really bad smell in the bathroom. Keeping the door closed stopped it from spreading into the room, which helped, but it was still quite unpleasant when using the bathroom.

Could be better: Quite bad sound insulation. Cleaning team swept over my beverages ( full bottles) from the fridge, pretending it was on the wrong shelf, not designated to my room.

The owner of the property is extremely nice and accommodating, we had a little trouble getting in and he helped us all the way through. The property is what you would expect a nice small room, comfortable bed, a toilet, beautiful terrace and a shared kitchen. We didn't really use it for cooking so I can't say if it had enough dishes for that. It's a bit far from the old town around a 30 minute walk, but if you don't mind that like us it's the perfect place for you.
Could be better: When we arrived, we noticed that the towels that were laid out for us weren't the cleanest. The smallest out of the 3 towels was gray and dirty all around the edge, but thankfully the rest of them were clean.

The room was quite new and modern. The staff was very supportive. Good location, close to the main station.
Could be better: The pillow was thick for me. The door wasn't sound-proof so the noise from the corridor was audible.

The accommodation was great. It was in a great neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, and the big balcony was a plus. It was very easy to check in and out. The host is also nice😊
