It is spacious and has a cute little balcony
Could be better: Not very clean. The balcony door was broken and couldn’t be closed. This was an inconvenient, as the apartment is situated on a very busy street. I couldn’t sleep more than 4-5 hours a night because of the noise. Also, the shower needs to be repaired. It ia not properly isolated and you flood the bathroom every time you take a shower. No microwave, nu coffee in the house. I consider it a 6 out of 10.

The location was relatively good and close to the Centre. It was quiet and easy to navigate. The apartment was warm for the time of the year and it was not necessary to preheat it with the A/C. The check-in/out was very quick and convenient.
Could be better: It's a matter of cleanliness. It was not that bad, but it defenetely requires more attention about the maintenance and the cleaning. We didn't manage to open the balcony door due to damages handle mechanism from previous users. There were moldy stains in the bathroom, especially around the shower cabin, which was leaking everytime we shower…

Could be better: It's a matter of cleanliness. It was not that bad, but it defenetely requires more attention about the maintenance and the cleaning. We didn't manage to open the balcony door due to damages handle mechanism from previous users. There were moldy stains in the bathroom, especially around the shower cabin, which was leaking everytime we shower and it was flooding the bathroom area, causing an inconvenience and wet slippers. It would be good to supply inside the apartment with a foldable drying rack for the laundry, because the ropes mounted outside are rusty and the birds always poop over the clothes.

The location is great, near Bari Centrale and really close to the old city, restaurants and shops. The apartment was very spacious and clean! Our host replied really quickly.
Could be better: The pillows were uncomfortable; Even though we received instructions on how to open the balcony door, the position of the handle did not allowed it.

The apartment has a great location, right in the center of Bari, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. The instructions for finding the apartment were clear and helpful.
Could be better: The apartment was not as clean as we expected. The sofa in the living room was heavily stained, which made it look quite unclean. The handle of the sliding door to the balcony was missing (later we found it in the drawer in the living room) so we could not open the door. Also, the air conditioning remote control did not work because the batteries were empty. Although the bathroom itself looked recently renovated and new, the shower drain was clogged.

the apartment is in the city, close to shops, restaurants, bars etc. it is a nicely renewed flat in a nice, old house. when we asked the landlord, he was kind enough to leave a bottle of milk for us in the fridge as we arrived late in the night.
Could be better: the apartment could have been cleaner. the mattress was not really comfortable and we could hear everything the neighbours were doing, and they were real late birds. also the kitchen could have been equipped better.

10.010.0 out of 10 This is the perfect starting point to visit real Bari with local people, not only old town.
Perfect location, it's not so far from old city, but close to the railway station, so it's close to the pubs and clubs used by locals. So if you want to visit not only old town, but also music clubs and some local pubs, it's much better than accommodation in the old town. The apartment is big, clean and you can use it not only to sleep there, but also to spent some time there, in my case to write some new music and lyrics. So for me it's perfect.
Could be better: It's almost OK, only classic tea mugs or smaller tea spoons are missing. Maybe microware also. But the rest is fine, brand new fridge, ok beds, maybe add some place for things in the bathroom. But again: I was happy to be there.
