Luxurious room and bathroom. Very close to the historical center. They even provided extra towels in the middle of our 5 nights stay. There are public parking spots with payment just bellow the property. Not always available. We found a 24hour closed parking and used the public spots for small periods of time e.g. luggage drop etc We also requested an iron for ironing clothes which they provided.
Could be better: The bar downstairs is very noisy and the old wooden windows make no noticeable difference when closed. The lady that welcomed us did not spoke English. Which is ok given there are translation apps, but still. When you own a b&b basic English are required. We had to wait an hour after our scheduled check in time because the room wasn’t ready, which is not a great deal in general but we were sleepless due to our night flight.

Great location, close to the waterfront and within easy walking distance of Bari Vecchia. The unit was clean, comfortable, and a pleasant place to stay. The owner was very helpful and responsive, making contact before arrival and answering questions quickly during my stay. Unfortunately, the WiFi did not work during my visit. The owner did try to assist and resolve the issue, but unfortunately it could not be fixed during my stay. The only disappointment was the breakfast arrangement. The owner sent a location pin, but no restaurant name or further information was provided. As the breakfast venue required a walk to reach and I didn’t know the name of the place, I decided not to go. Providing the restaurant name and a few details about the breakfast offering would have been helpful. Overall, a comfortable stay in a fantastic location with a very attentive host.

Could be better: We didn't like that we didn't get any word from the owner prior to our arrival. When we got there we called him, he told was where the key was and then to go up to the 5th floor, when in fact it was an intermediary floor between 0 and 1. After getting the flat no other word. The next day we woke up, no breakfast in the hallway. In the coffee spot there was 2 capsules (one decaf) no sugar. I texted the owner on booking no answer. The first day in the late evening the mum of the owner came and told us that the breakfast is in the cafe downstairs (that is always closed before 8h30). She was nice, gave us extra toilet paper and water. Anyway the bad note is not for the breakfast debacle is actually for the noise. It is extremely noisy. Like worst sleep of our lives (and is a shame since the bed is so comfortable) there is a bar downstairs and you can hear the people talking and laughing until morning. Plus is on a very heavily trafficked street so you hear horns, yonks and all that jazz all night long. It is a shame, very nice flat. Maybe if the communication beforehand would be better and you do something for the noise (advice: we stayed in Krakow in some flat that was also with the windows towards the street with a lot of noise, the owners left us earplugs, it didn't help that so much the main issue but made us more understandable and seen). The flat has a lot of potential.

Spacious room with plenty of space, great air conditioning and a good sense of privacy, even though it was within a shared environment. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.
Could be better: It was a little tricky to find initially, and the keys were slightly fiddly to use. There are also stairs to access the accommodation, so it’s worth keeping in mind if you have a large or heavy suitcase.

Modern, clean hotel with a comfortable bed, exceptional location (5mins to old town), AC and a kitchen.
Could be better: The balcony was not sound proof so ocassionally loud noise was coming from the street. Also, cold air was coming through at night.

The location is the best for Bari, you get to be close to all amenities! Mirco takes really good care of its guests, we didn’t realise how much we will enjoy our time in there

Beatiful room with bathtub and shower as well, and amazing location. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout our whole stay! The breakfast that is included is also perfect to kickstart a great day in the city.
