Could be better: The more Booking.com offers apartments managed by companies rather than private hosts, the worse our experience becomes. This apartment isn't that bad; it's on the wrong side of the tracks; doesn't have a sitting area; one of the bathroom doors won't close; the aircon is noisy; there are not enough plugs sockets and cables to use all the appliances; the power keeps tripping. When I wrote to the company, they demand videos of the problem and despite repeated requests did absolutely nothing. Do the world a favour and avoid doing business with these people.

Could be better: We would like to clarify a few things regarding the apartment we rented in Bari. We carefully reviewed all the photos and read the reviews beforehand, but still did not expect to face what we encountered in reality. First of all, in both bedrooms the beds are described as double, but in fact each bed consists of two separate mattresses that constantly slide apart. Even if you sleep alone, the mattress still moves, and you end up sleeping in a gap. Secondly, the floors are extremely cold. So cold that the temperature inside the apartment feels only 2–3 degrees warmer than outside, because the kitchen ventilation is just an open hole directly to the street. We will attach photos. About the water: there is only one small boiler for two bathrooms. If one person takes a shower, the other three have to wait, as it takes 40–50 minutes for the water to heat up again. As I mentioned, the floors are cold. Because of this, the kitchen feels very cold and uncomfortable. The bathroom near the kitchen is so cold that clothes do not dry, and it is very uncomfortable even to undress there. This is no exaggeration — taking a shower there is extremely uncomfortable. In the photos everything looks much better than in reality.In one of the rooms, the air conditioner is very noisy. It was uncomfortable to sleep and rest because of it. The sofas were stained, and it was unpleasant to put clothes on them, sit on them, or lie down.

Could be better: Комуникацията е под всякаква критика. Стояхме два часа на улицата пред апартамента, без да можем да се свържем по никакъв начин с който и да било. При опит за свързване чрез WhatsApp и отговор на няколко въпроса, системата спираше да отговаря. При неколкократни опити за провеждане на разговор с Букинг, след изчакване, разговора просто биваше изключен. Нямахме код за достъп два часа след определеното време. Това беше изключително напрягащо, защото се свечеряваше, нямахме настаняване, а бяхме и с дете.
