Could be better: Not long after arrival we were informed that our rooms (Odegitria 2 and 4) were changed for the first night. Apparently there was a water problem in the above rooms and we would have to walk 10 minutes away, it took us an hour or two to find this building. My room was at the very top of the building, five floors up. I am 73 and it was an effort to climb the stairs. There were workman's tools on the floor and it was obviously not ready for occupying. I informed Bari landlord and the tools were removed with an apology. When we eventually got to our booked rooms the next morning, we had problems with the keycard to enter rooms. This was intermittent but my friends room (2) was often left unlocked, only because we had an electronic lock security door in between us and the front door to the street. Despite this, on our last night, a man walked into my friend's room in the evening. In respect of the other two rooms booked (through brown door), my friend's single room constantly smelt of drains in the bathroom. We effectively lost a day of our four day trip with the problems incurred. Also I didnt get the room codes for Odegitria 2 and 4 until the day before we left. Cleaning staff etc were very helpful. Big rooms, nice bathroom, all very clean. You can see that everything is newly done. Very comfortable, you can find everything you need including iron. Perfect location, everything you can reach by walking. Very nice place. Highly recommend.
Could be better: The only downside side of the property was - that in the evening where was no hot water to take shower.

Cozy single is very coz, as in the description, therefore only suitable for solo travellers, but great for one person. Quirky, and everything there that you could need, great shower, good air con and good view of cathedral. In a beautiful location. In the midst of the bustling old town with lovely bars and craft shops all around.
Could be better: A bit hard to find at first, and not clear how to get in to the room - managed after a few attempts! Detailed instructions from owner but still a bit confusing

The location is great and the single room is enough for one person. Clean and right in the heart of the old town! The host answers messages fast if you need something and that is a great help. Also i had a coffee machine in the room, which was great to have each morning before leaving the house. Great value for the money!

And in the evening there are people talking, drinking, kids playing well until 12 in the night, so be ready to sleep very little. It’s not the fault of the host, but you need to be aware of this. Also, the mattress is very very soft. It felt like sleeping on pillows. I know some people like this, but again, just something to be prepared for.

Fantastic location, super clean rooms and close to everything. Comfy bed and great shower pressure. Check-in is super smooth
Could be better: Be warned because of the proximity to the church, the bells will wake you up at 6am. Its also a short spiral staircase to get to the accommodation. If you have a backpack this is easy and its only 1 floor but be warned if you have a heavy/large suitcase.
