Розташування апартаментів чудове. Досить близько до пляжу. Дуже розвинена інфраструктура. Навпроти невеличкий супермаркет із всім необхідним . Багато ресторанчиків, кав*ярень, магазинів довкола. Квартира в новому будинку з сучасним ремонтом, меблями сантехнікою, вмонтоване кондиціювання. Величезна тераса з виглядом на море. Квартира дуже затишна і приємна.
Could be better: Ми не могли відкрити двері в помешкання і відкрити парковку. У нас було пізднє поселення, я попереджала власників заздалегідь. Але нам не пояснили як відкриваються двері і не зустріли. Допомогли сусіди по будинку, інакше прийшлось би ночувати в машині.

Ekspresowy kontakt z właścicielem, czystość i zaopatrzenie mieszkania, miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu, ogromny taras, pod mieszkaniem supermarket, kawiarnia, pizzeria i plaża. Wszystko na plus :)

Obiekt poza centrum miasta, 3 min od przystanku autobusowego, 10-15 od stacji kolejowej. Autobusem około 30-40 minut do centrum pociągiem 5 min. Wokół sklepiki, pizzerie, tuż przy plaży i promenady wzdłuż morza. Opiekun mieszkania pomocny w każdej chwili, cierpliwie odpowiadał nawet jak po prostu ja nie doczytał dokładnych instrukcji, które otrzymaliśmy…

Opiekun mieszkania pomocny w każdej chwili, cierpliwie odpowiadał nawet jak po prostu ja nie doczytał dokładnych instrukcji, które otrzymaliśmy przed przyjazdem. Apartament dokładnie taki na zdjęciach, w pełni wyposażony na zamkniętym osiedlu (jeden blok) z miejscem parkingowym w garażu.

Nowe mieszkanie, czyste otoczenie winda i miejsce parkingowe. Położenie niedaleko przystanków komunikacji miejskiej, niedaleko plaża i kilka restauracji.
Could be better: Wyposażenie kuchni wymaga solidnego uzupełnienia. Ciasno, brak zmywarki i ekspresu do kawy.

Közel a tengerparthoz, bolt 20 méterre, pizzázó 10 méterre, gyógyszertár, zöldséges, buszmegállók, mosoda - minden 50-100 méteren belül. A lakás nagyon tiszta, modern, új bútorokkal felszerelt, a ház tiszta, a wifi, lift jól működik. Hatalmas a terasz, a redőnyök elektromos kapcsolóval működtethetők.
Could be better: Az ágyak mellett nincs olvasólámpa, a konyha kicsi és nincs pld edényszárító, konyharuha, illetve a zuhanyzóban sincs semmilyen polc samponnak, tusfürdőnek. Az ágynemű őszre vékony, illetve két személynek csak közös takaró (lepedő) jutott.
