10.010.0 out of 10 Excellent
The apt very well appointed and perfect location in old Bari, just next door to the insanely you tube popular spot for focaccia @ popular Panaficio Santa Rita!!! Easy communication with host for lock box code & all questions quickly answered by message! One never felt unsafe walking morn or eve! Apt tastefully decorated, even an espresso machine!
Could be better: No fault of our host, but coming by car during New Year weekend was a little difficult. We opted to use a parking garage .5 miles from apt and walk thru pedestrian only shopping area.

9.09.0 out of 10 Great location - in the heart of the Ancient History!
Everything is new and it was cozy. It was clean and comfortable. Location is the key! :)
Could be better: It has been super noisy from a very early morning… there is a popular bakery next door (the factory part) and the staff literally yelled at each other super loudly (italian style). We’ve needed some emergency support and our host said he didn’t speak English. Okay… it’s not a problem but he didn’t think of using a translator, I did. It was…

It was sort of awkward for me him speaking in Italian and me trying to make it convenient for him by using a translator. Should be the opposite If you ask me.

8.08.0 out of 10 Good place to stay in the heart of the old town of Bari
The location is perfect for exploring Bari and Puglia. The AC is working properly. Perfect for 2 persons.
Could be better: When we arrived at the apartment on the appointed check-on time we didn't have instructions how to enter and noone was answering the phone. The communication was a little bit slow and it took some time to enter. The previous comments were that the property is perfectly clean but in our case in the sleeping room on the floor it was not cleaned well.

Great location right on the heart of the Old Town.
Could be better: Directions and access instructions could be alot better and more timely communication. Coffee machine not working.
