Could be better: The cleaning was terrible. When we moved in, the terrace was dirty, with broken glass and empty beer bottles scattered around. The apartment was really dirty. The floors hadn’t been washed. The shower has no wall on one side, so splashes end up in the bathroom. It’s hard to get in touch with the owner. Communication via a virtual assistant. Uncomfortable access to the apartments. It is provided via a website that doesn’t always work correctly. We stayed for 6 nights, and each guest was given only 1 towel. There was only one cup. There was a coffee machine, but for all the brewing, there were only 2 coffee capsules for the machine. There was only one blanket on the bed. We found a blanket in the wardrobe, but it was terribly dirty. I requested second blanket, more towels and cup in first day. A day later, we were given blankets, towels, and 2 more capsules for the coffee machine. The cleaner also removed the empty bottles from the terrace. But they didn’t bring us an extra cup. In the mornings, you can hear noise in the apartments. The apartment has a kitchen, but there’s only one dull knife. When checked out, you need to take out the trash and wash the dishes. But we weren’t provided with any cleaning agent. All the photos were taken on the first day. EDITED: When I submitted my review, the apartment owner messaged me on WhatsApp. He offered me a 60€ Amazon gift card if I delete my review of the apartment.

Could be better: Where do I even begin. It's the first time I asked for a refund in more than 15 years of using Booking. First of all, the apartment is pretty big, it has its own terrace so that's good. However, the cleaning was pretty bad. Overall dust everywhere, broken glass (from a broken window in the shower that never got replaced), do not even consider using anything from the kitchen. dishes are so dirty and when you open the cabinets, the smell is absolutely horrible. I could have been fine with not using these and could live with dust and dirt, but they claim they have a cleaning service and even tough I sent pictures to prove this, they said the cleaning service told them it was cleaned and they went with their word. And now the worst part. It had actual MOLD on the bedroom walls and on the windows and I've sent pictures as soon as I arrived on the first night. They seemed very friendly, told me to discuss on whatsapp and they told me they will sort this out next day. I immediately asked for a refund as I was not ok sleeping with mold on the walls and they said they'll sort it out. Since then they refused to say anything else on the Booking messaging app, only on whatsapp. Next day we went out and came back in the late afternoon and no one entered the apartment to do anything. I asked what's going on, they said they are doing their best to resolve it. I pushed for a solution and the answer I got was that I'm on holiday and should not spend the night sitting in the apartment, but to visit the city. We started arguing and we agreed to sort it out after. Once we got home I asked again for the refund and the guy told me that there were no issues with the apartment, and it's one of the most beautiful in the city, that it was clean and even that there was no mold. I confronted him again, even had pictures of it and only then said that they are not fighting me on the mold, this is what the cleaning service told them.
