Excellent location, very nice and functional apartment, a lot of storage space, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is an old building and has an authentic italian charm. Walking distance from the old town and train station.

The location is superb. Less than 10 min from the old town. Grocery store and a bakery close to the location. It's an old building, Yet the apartment is very functional and in good condition. Clean and well equipped. You get two bedrooms with king size beds, a living/dining room, a full size kitchen with everything you need. The view from the balcony is not very refreshing, but the good thing is atleast it's quiet as there is no noise from the busy street. The host is very kind and communication is very clear. He left us some water and wine in the fridge.
Could be better: It's nitpicking, but I would clean the bathroom with a pressure washer in the hard to reach places and the wood floor needs some love in the living room. That's about it.

10.010.0 out of 10 perfect stay close to center
very close to city center, a bus stop to the airport (bus no. 16 and shuttle bus Tempesta) and central station (many buses), elevator (useful with baggage), nice and clean apartment with everything (I think better than on the pictures), perfect communication with the owner

Everything was perfect - the apartment was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and very clean. It had 2 bedrooms, air conditioning and everything we needed for our stay. It was in a great location, walking distance of the old town, shoos, restaurants and the No 16 bus stop to the airport was 1 min walk. The hosts were a pleasure to deal with, very obliging and the complimentary bottles of prosecco and water were really appreciated.
