10.010.0 out of 10 VERY GOOD
Room was clean and this is the most important thing - clean floor, bed sheets, towels and bathroom; Location is close to bari central train station - 6-7 min walking There is a lidl and coop close to location Francesco was super responsive via WhatsApp and suggested a parking for overnight at a decent price, if you don't find a free parking space on the street.
Could be better: maybe a better insulation for the room door

This property was very clean and comfortable. The room had everything we needed, from an iron to a beach umbrella if we wanted to go to the beach! The wine, biscuits and bottles of water were a fantastic addition. The host Francesco, was friendly and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our experience in Bari! Location very close to train station making it great to catch public transport to other places in Puglia.

Amazing experience! The room was amazingly comfortable, clean and most importantly - had AC! The place is really close to the central Bari train station, which also gives you access to the various bus lines going throughout the city; it was also really close to the old town and central part of the city. The room was very clean and accommodating - the hosts had left us treats and water for us to consume at will, which was a great surprise after a long travel through a heatwave - thank you so much for that!! If I ever visit Bari again, I know where I'm staying!

The room is spotless, spacious and beautiful. The shower is excellent, the bed is comfortable, and the TV screen is big with free Netflix programs. Great coffee is provided as well. Francesco is friendly and hospitable. He provided help and useful information and made us feel like family. We highly recommend his place.
