The name Rooftop paradise is very fitting for this accommodation! The patio was amazing, comfortable with all kinds of activities. The house was clean and spacious and the location was great. Absolut dream for a family that wants to have a relaxing vacation :)

10.010.0 out of 10 Excellent property, though minor details need to be fixed
Everything looks like in the pictures. Great terrace with jacuzzi. Large, stylish apartment.
Could be better: Ironing device did not work (only got warm, not hot). Lack of mosquito nets on doors and windows can make one’s night “dynamic”. As the apartment is on the last floor, the water pressure may fall to zero.

Best terrace ever, worth all the money!
Could be better: Nothing to complain about!

8.08.0 out of 10 Very good
Very good location and the communication with the host was very good. Very nice place to stay. I am happy with this choice.
Could be better: Too late check in time 4pm and too early check out 10am. There was no additional towels for the jacuzzi and for 4 days stay no new towels.

Whole apartment was very lovely, spacious and clean. Despite being basically in a city center, it was quiet.
Could be better: The elevator is old and scary looking

10.010.0 out of 10 Fantastic place to enjoy a stay in Bari
That was absolutely amazing : easy to find, easy to reach owner by phone, easy to open. Then, rooftop's discovery was fantastic : nice place, nice view, jacuzzi, patio, appartment with bedroom and livingroom/kitchen Very quiet, bedroom incredible, bed perfect.
Could be better: To find room for improvement : jacuzzi not that easy to warm up (you just need to put "on" and wait one hour, which is quite logic but not written. And the second bed, in the living room, could be a bit noisy due to the elevator

The location was fantastic and the roof terrace was a nice spot
Could be better: We were only told there was no jacuzzi after we had paid and the day before we came, when it was too late to change, it was the reason we booked the apartment and paid more for the apartment. There was no hot water the whole time until contacted the host, there was no apologies. I asked questions before coming re taxis etc and never got an answer. The communication was bad.

Could be better: During the whole stay, we did not have any hot water. With 3 nights in Bari, that was extremely inconvenient and frankly unacceptable. We had to warm up water in buckets in the sun and on the oven, in order to be able to shower. We informed the host about this issue but did not receive any assistance. We were told that the host will contact the property manager but received no feedback or information; no excuse about the inconvenience either. We have booked many stays through booking.com and this is by far the worst experience with a host. Other than that, the apartment has a lovely balcony and great location but having no hot water to shower and no information from the host made this very unpleasant. I would like to receive compensation for this.
